Starfish Suite is located in Sooke, one hour's drive from Victoria, on southern Vancouver Island, British Columbia. This self-contained suite features a large living room with gas fireplace and TV/DVD entertainment system and surround sound, full kitchen overlooking the garden, and master bedroom with Queen size bed. Bocce ball, croquet and horseshoes are available outside and the private entrance allows you to come and go as you please.
Just a short stroll away is the world famous Sooke Harbour House, noted for its first class menu and Sooke arts and crafts decor. Chef Edward will prepare you a meal that you will quite possibly never forget. And after dinner, Whiffin Spit is right there for you to explore. This beach is a natural spit that has been reinforced to allow easy walking. On one side of the spit is Sooke Harbour and the other, the Straits of Juan de Fuca, gateway to the Pacific Ocean. From the spit you will see the snow capped Olympic Mountains in Washington State - and you just might see some passing Orca whales! Close by is the new Rotary Pier, where you and the kids can drop a trap for fresh crab... mmm!
